As a young mother and fantasy lover, I am always on the lookout for new products we can share with like-minded people.
I've always loved gadgets and gizmos, so it was no surprise I ended up with a 3D printer and laser cutter! I enjoy designing, building and creating new things.

OUR MISSION
Making your life more fun is our top priority. We are focused on creating affordable quality designs that are sure to bring your environment to life. All our products are made from renewable, bio-degradable and environmentally friendly resources.
ORDER / DELIVERY INFO
All our products are made to order and can take up to 30+ hours to print, please note that your order will be dispatched within 5 - 20 business days*. This depends on time of order placed, material availability and our order queue.
We ship to customers using a range of couriers to provide the fastest and safest delivery service. We also offer local pickup. If you choose to pick up, please wait for your order ready confirmation.
All parcels are Track & Trace and will require a signature upon delivery. Our shipping charges include insurance. In the unlikely even of damaged / lost products, we will work with you to have the product reimbursed, reprinted and send you a brand new one.
Please note that we are not responsible for any additional customs fees or import tax on your parcels

RETURNS / REFUNDS

EXCHANGES
CUTTING EDGE DESIGNS does not accept exchanges for change of mind. We will happily replace items if they are not as per your order due to a fault by CUTTING EDGE DESIGNS eg, Incorrect sizing, incorrect colour, incorrect product. Please contact via email with proof of fault with a photograph of the item. When an item is incorrect due to the fault of the customer eg you have provided the incorrect colour or size, you will need to purchase a replacement.
REFUNDS
All sales are final and as our products are often custom made. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your products and colours carefully.
All products are thoroughly checked prior to being dispatched. Returns are not offered for normal wear and tear or rough handling and/or misuse of our products.
Refunds and replacements will not be offered if the customer:
• Simply changes their mind.
• Decides they do not like the purchase.
• Decides they have no use for it.
• Damages the goods by not handling carefully
If your order is incorrect for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours with your order details and as many pictures as possible.
In the unlikely event of damaged / lost products, we will raise an insurance claim with the courier provider and refund you on approval. Please ensure you take ample amount of photos of the damaged product, the packaging it came in and other details you can provide
